Revora™ Atlas Neck Therapy Pillow
Fifteen minutes lying down, and the pressure at the base of your skull finally lets go.
- 26° Traction
- 3 Heat Levels
- Deep Vibration
- 90-Day Trial
Description
Your head weighs ten to twelve pounds when it sits over your spine. For every inch it drifts forward, your neck carries roughly ten pounds more. Three inches forward and the small muscles at the base of your skull are holding a forty-pound load all day long.
They never get to let go. They clench around the occipital nerves that run through them, and that is the pressure you feel, the headaches, the fog.
Heat and massage soften those muscles for an hour. Neither one makes space for the nerve. Atlas lifts your neck at 26°, the angle a physical therapist works at, and holds it there while heat and deep vibration work the muscle underneath. Fifteen minutes, lying down.
Ideal For
- Pressure and tightness at the base of the skull
- Tension headaches that start in the neck
- A stiff neck and a head that will not turn far
- Pinched nerves, tingling into the shoulder or arm
- Forward head posture from desks and phones
- Waking up stiff
How To Use It
- Plug it in and lie down with your neck resting in the curve, not your head.
- Pick a heat level and a vibration level. Start on low.
- Stay there fifteen minutes. It shuts itself off at thirty.
Daily for the first month. After that most people use it three or four times a week.

What customers say
-
I can check my blind spot again
For two years I had to turn my whole body to look over my shoulder in the car. After about three weeks of using this 20 minutes before bed, I wake up loose. Last week I backed out of the driveway without thinking about it.

No more waking up stiff
I work construction and come home with my neck and shoulders in knots. I used to wake up feeling worse than when I went to bed. Now I lie on this with the heat on while I watch TV. Mornings are a different story now. My wife noticed before I did.

Bought it for my husband, now we share it
Long days on the laptop gave me a constant ache at the base of my skull. I ordered this for my husband and tried it once “just to see.” Fifteen minutes and the tension was gone for the whole evening. We’re ordering a second one so we stop fighting over it.

My afternoon headaches are rare now
Twelve-hour shifts left my neck so tight that the headaches would start by mid-afternoon. I was living on ibuprofen. I use this every night now, mostly on the heat setting, and the headaches went from almost daily to maybe once a week. I wish I’d found it years ago.

I finally sleep through the night
I’ve tried four different “cervical” pillows. I’d wake up at 3 a.m. with my neck aching and couldn’t get back to sleep. This one cradles my neck instead of pushing against it. Now I sleep through until morning, most nights without a single wake-up. At my age, that’s everything.

FAQ
Questions people ask
Why does it have a cord?
Because a battery big enough to drive real heat and real vibration does not belong under your neck while you lie on it. Corded means full power every session, and nothing to charge. The cable reaches a bed, a couch or a chair. Away from an outlet, any USB power bank rated 12 W or more runs it.
How is this different from a heating pad or a massage cushion?
Both work on the surface. Neither creates space inside the neck, which is the part that takes pressure off the nerve. Atlas decompresses first at 26°, then runs heat and vibration into the muscle while it is held open.
How long until I feel something?
Most people feel the neck loosen during the first session. Lasting change builds over two to four weeks of daily use, longer if the pain has been there for years. Give it thirty consistent days before you judge it.
How long per session, and how often?
Fifteen minutes, once or twice a day. The device shuts itself off at thirty minutes, so you cannot overdo it. Daily for the first month, then three or four times a week.
Can I fall asleep on it?
You can. It shuts off on its own. It is a therapy device rather than a sleeping pillow, so most people use it before bed and then switch to their own pillow.
I have arthritis, a herniated disc or an old whiplash injury. Is it safe?
It is generally fine for chronic neck conditions, and plenty of our customers come to it after years of physical therapy for exactly those. If you have had recent neck surgery, an implanted device, or your doctor has told you to avoid traction, ask them first.
What if it does not work for me?
Ninety days. Use it properly, and if your neck is no better, email us and we refund you. The device also carries a two-year warranty.
Is it sold on Amazon?
No. Atlas is sold here only. Listings elsewhere that look like it are different devices without the 26° geometry, the heat range or the guarantee.
